Startup idea to develop an automated software solution for managing documentation of systems, procedures, tracking multiple devices details such as versions, firmware, and customer details. Replacing manual entries currently managed on spreadsheets and wikis.

We have a number of devices, Kemp Load Balancers for example, that we have a hard time keeping track of as far as what we support, what version of firmware are they all on, what customer has them etc. It's a very manual process so far and ones frequently get missed. If there was a way to automate the tracking of these factors it would make my job easier. Kemp, central management.
