A way of managing documentation of systems, procedures, and what we've sold to our customers.

We have a number of devices, Kemp Load Balancers for example, that we have a hard time keeping track of as far as what we support, what version of firmware are they all on, what customer has them etc. It's a very manual process so far and ones frequently get missed. If there was a way to automate the tracking of these factors it would make my job easier. Kemp, central management.

We use an internal wiki and spreadsheets, all manually updated.
