Startup Idea: Platform for Hiring Professional Teams and Consultation Services

Startup idea to develop a platform that brings together professionals from various fields into teams for specific projects. Also, the platform should enable purchasing consulting time from these professionals. This would be incredibly useful for projects that require specialized knowledge like software development or marketing systems.

It would be awesome to have something that created teams of professionals for certain projects. For example: App development, 2-3 people that handle apps that have a mapping function, etc. Or if there was a line of communication that could be purchased to talk to professionals in the industry. For example: I buy $100 credit and can speak with a marketing professional via skype for 45 minutes, or exchange 10 emails, or text the contact for a 2 hour period. I work for an agency, and the professionals that work here would put up their profile for hire, just for some consulting. Also, there are areas that we just have little information about, like building software. When we're approached to build marketing systems integrated with custom software, we have no one to consult with that builds software, that we can ask questions to.

Currently we search fiverr and guru and put our own teams together. This is a pain in the butt.
