Startup Idea: Voice-Assisted Home Inventory Management App

Startup idea to develop a voice-assisted home inventory management app. The user can inform the app where various items are being stored in their home, for better organization. Later, the user can ask the AI system, akin to Google Assistant, Echo etc., the whereabouts of an item, and the app would provide the required details.

My house is constantly being rearranged, and things are getting moved everywhere to make room for new things or to just get reorganized.

The problem is myself, and my family, are constantly forgetting were we moved something the last time we reorganized. This is especially true for yearly items like holiday decorations, seasonal table settings, and summer or winter specialty items.

I would love to have an app on my phone that I could talk to, like the Google Assistant or Cortana, where I could just state the item and where I was putting it. This would also allow me to store things better as I would not have to worry about keeping them clumped together, but I could just put them they they physically best fit. Later on, using my home device like Echo, I could just say "[enter device here] where are the Christmas lights" and it would tell me. Yes, I have looked far and wide for an app like this, and so far the only thing that I can find is a standard note taking app. The problem is I have to keep a physical device with me in order to find anything.
