I have been a window cleaner for over 5+ years and one of the most difficult problems is when you under price or over price a job, I think this can be an issue for any private contractors.

A software that can calculate a price for workers is a good idea. You can add in the sq ft of house, how many windows, time they were last done, and type of windows and a price that is always fair will be generated for you and the customer to see.
