Startup Idea: Operating System Instance Spinner and XML-to-Graphic Converter

Startup idea to develop a software that would spin up operating system instances for developers to test their codes, and dispose these instances once done. The software should also be capable of converting XML files into graphical formats and automatically update the graphics whenever the XML files change.

I am a Solution Architect at a large mortgage company. We do all our programming in-house, and frequently need to test our programs and developments on different platforms. We need a piece of software that will spin up an operating system for a developer, let him test his code in that environment, then discard the instance of the operating system when finished.

One other thing we need so badly is software that will put an XML file into a graphic representation, such as Visio or gliphy, then automatically update the graphic if the XML file is changed.
