Startup Idea: Universal Shift Management System for Retail

Startup idea to develop a universal and user-friendly software application for managing shift scheduling in retail stores. The app would ideally allow for seamless shift swapping, thus reducing complications and saving time and resources.

Working in retail, dropping and picking up shifts becomes very complicated and sometimes cost us and the company money. Even though there are other work related social apps like basecamp, i believe there should be a user friendly, simple and UNIVERSAL software that can be adopted by most retail stores. So far, ive only seen a system like this with the macys corp but that is only 1 in thousands of stores that could use the convenience of a software that can help save time and money & all from an app!. I HAVE TRIED USING BASECAMP 3 WHILE WORKING AT CRUNCH FITNESS BUT WE COULD ONLY COMMUNICATE AND UPLOAD PDF OF THE SCHEDULES. THERE WAS NO SOFTWARE THAT WAS INTERACTIVE WHERE YOU CAN SWAP SHIFTS.
