Startup Idea: Automated On-boarding System for SaaS Applications

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive software solution that allows SaaS owners to create and manage a fully automated, customizable and high-engagement on-boarding system. This includes timely sequenced emails, creation of educational landing and help pages, and incorporating user actions such as callbacks set via triggers within the app. Ease of arrangement and sequence visual representation via a drag/drop diagraming tool should be integral to the system

I own a SaaS app and don't have the time to build all the pieces that make up a good off-site on-boarding system.

I want to send my customers a carefully timed sequence of emails (but not drip emails, more like carefully spaced transactional emails that are hours, and sometimes 15 minutes, apart, and also sent based on various triggers in my code).

I would also like to be able to build simple landing and help pages into that on-boarding journey. So I could send an email with a link to a tutorial page. It would also be useful to be able to build other things into the sequence such as callbacks and such.

If all the pages, emails and hooks could be arranged through a single web app that would be helpful.

It would also be great to be able to design the on-boarding sequence using some kind of drag/drop diagraming tool.
