Startup Idea: Maintenance Ticketing Web Portal

Startup idea to develop a web-based ticketing system where employees can report their maintenance issues. These issues can then be tracked, prioritized, and scheduled by the maintenance staff.

I do maintenance for a living and it would be great if other employees could submit some kind of ticket when they have a problem. This way they could be tracked in some kind of web portal that I could respond to or manage priority and scheduling.
