Startup Idea: Data Analysis Tool for Chemical Verification

Startup idea to develop a software tool that can accurately and quickly sort and analyze large sets of data points generated by mass spectrometry machines. This tool would assist in verifying chemical composition and adherence to quality control benchmarks in agricultural produce.

I work for a company that is trying to make sure chemicals are free in their produce. We use highly technical data acquisition approaches using a range of mass spec oriented machines. We need a way to quickly and correctly sort out large amounts of data points for our chemical analysis and to see if they are within our quality control expectations as well.
