Startup Idea: Real-Time Alerts Application for HVAC Industry

Startup idea to develop a software that allows direct and real-time alerting of service technicians in the HVAC industry about customer issues, without the need of intermediaries. The purpose is to improve efficiency and direct contact with customers, and reduce time spent on phone calls and data entries.

I work in the heating and air conditioning industry. I work with a company of about ten employees and two owners. I am a service technician consistently running around with phone calls left and right, being overwhelmed by the volume of work with a time crunch.

If their was software that could provide real time alerts to customer issues without having to call our secretary, and alert the technician themself, it would be FAR more efficient.

Of course their are tablets, but the data entry can provide an issue from the front office.

Direct contact with the consumer would create a business environment that breeds efficiency affecting the bottom line.
