Startup Idea: Productivity Monitoring Software for Remote Workers

Startup idea to develop a software that effectively manages remote web development teams. The software automatically alerts the manager when non-work-related websites are accessed by workers. It also provides the feature to instantly remote view the worker's activity, helping ensure productivity and adherence to tasks.

I work as a micro manager for a web development firm that outsources our work to various companies across the globe. Specifically, I'm tasked with making sure that online workers are actually doing the job while they are "on the clock" and not watching facebook, youtube or other non work related sites.

It's fairly chaotic logging in remotely to 10-20 computers per hour and monitoring them and doesn't do anything to increase the workers' productivity (in my opinion, and I've been doing this for 3 years).

If there was some kind of software that could be installed that automatically pinged my computer when sites like facebook, etc... were accessed and then automatically allowed me to remotely see what the workers were doing, that would increase productivity tremendously and would be a HUGE help.
