Startup Idea: Delivery Lock Box Solution for Amazon Packages

Startup idea to develop a secure lock box system solution for Amazon where consumers can opt to have their packages placed inside. This aims to prevent package theft, providing customers with an additional, secure delivery option that they can purchase from Amazon.

I am a Technical Delivery Manager at Amazon. One of our biggest complaints is that packages tend to be stolen when left outside of the consumer's house. Recently, we have decided to invest in a project where our deliverymen will have access to a customers home and be able to place the package/good inside.

However, my team and I find this to be difficult to implement. The ideal solution would be to somehow have a lock box that regular amazon clients could have set up through the company, and pay for this service, if they want the most secure means possible to protect their goods.
