Startup Idea: Charity Networking and Contact Management Software

Startup idea to develop a tailored networking and contact management software for charities. The software aims to help charities track and manage contacts, understand their roles, their associations, and thus avoid service over-saturation.

I work for a registered charity that is looking into the best way to serve our local area. We meet a lot of people in our business and often find ourselves making connections. Other than social media sites, which are personal, and marketing software, which does not apply to us, we have no way of tracking the contact details of the people we meet. More specifically, we need ways of knowing who does what and whom they work with in turn so that the area does not become over-saturated with one type of service. As it is now, things are done by memory or record keeping that does not fit our charity. We need to be able to say "Bill work for this charity they do this and have connections with these other charities who do that".
