Startup Idea: Office Network Troubleshooting Visualization Tool

Startup idea to develop a software that visualizes an office layout and allows marking of individual computers that are experiencing issues. This tool would help in streamlining the process of locating and fixing computers within a network.

My company currently has a problem with keeping track of computers on our network that are experiencing problems, and need to be repaired. Currently, if a computer on our network experiences problems, we write it down on a notepad and include the floor and cubicle number. This problem could be fixed by many ways but the first that comes to mind would be a simple program. It would be easier if there was a program which displayed the layout of cubicles on every floor of the building, that allowed us to pinpoint and mark which computers require fixing. If we could pinpoint each computer through a visualization, we could better queue our process of fixing them.

I have tried finding a service like this but I don't really know where to look or what words to search. I solve the problem by just writing down the location and problem of the computers on a sheet of paper.
