Startup Idea: Efficient Training System for New Waiters

Startup idea to develop a software that facilitates efficient training of new waiters, focusing both on customer service as well as optimal utilization of the restaurant's computer system for order entry.

Whenever we hire a new waiter it seems to take way to long to get them on the same page with how we do things here. Maybe it is our computer system, maybe we suck at training. But there has to be a more efficient way to take orders and enter them in to the system to get made.
