Startup Idea: Trouble-free TMS System for Sales Industry

Startup idea to develop a robust, fault-tolerant software for Telephony Management Systems(TMS) specifically in food sales industry. The software should be effective in preventing system crash or freeze especially during customer calls, minimizing downtime, and improving customer service.

I work for the sales industry for food. I work for pizza hit from home and take calls nationally. The biggest pain at my job is when I am in the middle of a call and my TMS system freezes up and errors out. I have to put the customer on hold, and then restart the whole system. I then have to place the whole order all over again, and the customer gets upset at me. I would definitely pay for a software that can prevent it from freezing up or prevent it from erroring out.
