Startup Idea: Dataset Comparison Software

Startup idea to develop a simple yet efficient software that allows users to compare two datasets, identify matching or non-matching records, and export the results. The software should be user-friendly, requiring users to only upload their datasets, specify comparison parameters, and obtain results that meet their specifications.

I need an easy way to take two datasets (with or without identical fields/organization) and compare. I would need to identify records that match, or records that DON'T match. I would like to simply upload the datasets, specify which data items to compare, specify whether I want matched or unmatched results, and then click "ok". The result should be a dataset of ONLY THOSE RECORDS THAT MEET MY SPECIFICATIONS. I should then be able to export the results.

I use a Windows-based PC and all datasets are in Excel.

Right now, I can do this in Excel (by highlighting duplicate rows and sorting)--but clunky. Can also do this in Access but way too complicated. Microsoft's Spreadsheet Compare isn't helpful.
