Startup idea to develop an advanced software that automates legal services for startups, providing more than just forms and processes. Offering features like legal advice, optimizing business structures, tax compliance and more, aiming to make legal procedures less costly and time-consuming.

Legal services is one of the biggest drains of capital. It is expensive, and if you find a lawyer willing to work only 20 hours a year or so, it won't be a good one. Thus you have to either pay a retainer to a medium/small/large firm as "insurance" against stupid shit or you take your chances when something happens with a hack law grad who can't find a job at a major firm. Even starting the company was a pain as it required paperwork and all, which I wish could be automated or easy with software. Legalzoom just is not good enough since they only provide forms and process, but if you have specific questions or want legal advice on optimizing business structure, taxes, etc. they don't do it. Basically anything compliance related is a huge pain as it cannot generally be DIY|I'm not sure, if I did I would have done this already|Any entrepreneur or person who wishes to start a business, even part time.
