Startup Idea: Appointment Scheduling Platform for Diverse Groups

Startup idea to develop an inclusive appointment scheduling and communication platform. This system would be adaptable to varying preferences of communication method (phone calls, emails, text messages) and designed to be user-friendly for all age demographics.

I help schedule appointments for a religious leader as part of one of my volunteer roles in the community. The religious group I assist is a very diverse group in regards to age demographics (some single people, some newly married, some married with children and some post-retirement aged).

The issue I have is that I have no single point source platform that I can used to coordinate appointments. I also have a difficult time communicating information to the members of the group. Some people prefer phone calls, some prefer e-mails, others rely on text messages.

It would be great if I had a single platform that I could use to contact all members of the group easily. It would also be able to transcend the age demographics that exist in our group (easy and convenient enough for all age groups to use).
