Startup idea to develop a software tool that streamlines the process of transferring data from instant messaging tools into the notes section of orders in SAP systems. Currently, data cannot be copied and pasted in one go, causing inconvenience and inefficiency.

when entering orders in SAP system, sometimes we needed to document into the notes section of the order info from the plant that was provided to customer service via our instant messaging tool (we used Microsoft). The problem we had was that we could not copy and paste the whole message via the snippet tool in one long string. So that resulted in our having to do it section by section until we scrolled thru the whole msg. Maybe this what just a limitation of our system but I worked for Dow Chemical who is the 2nd largest chemical company in the world so I'm thinking we had a pretty good system - but this was a source of aggravation everyday.
