Startup Idea: Facial Recognition for Retail Loss Prevention

Startup idea to develop a facial recognition camera software specifically for retail loss prevention. The software should store facial data of known thieves, and alert the loss prevention team when these individuals enter the store once again.

I work in Retail as Loss Prevention. I have been there for approximately 10 years. One thing that would help is camera software that could have facial recognition. Being able to save a persons face that you know has stolen in the past and next time they come into the store the system will alert you they have arrived.
