Startup Idea: Forum-Based Website Builder Software

Startup idea to develop a software that allows users to build websites that are structured entirely around forums. The desired layout is not in the style of vbulletin, but akin to the layout of GTX0.com, where the entire site is the forum without the need of separate forum software links.

I would like to see forum software that will allow you to build a forum powered website. I would like the software to be able to give you the option of having your forums laid out less like vbulletin but similar to how GTX0.com is laid out. Where your site is the forums, not a template that has a link to your forum software.
