Startup Idea: Cloud Vendor Price Comparison Tool

Startup idea to create a software that helps IT Managers planning a move to the cloud. Users input their resource requirements and the tool provides a comparison of cloud vendor prices. This solution will aggregate real-time data from various cloud vendors to showcase a centralized view of the different prices.

I am an IT Manager thinking of moving our infrastructure into the cloud. It would be great if there was some sort of software where we could plug in resource requirements and be able to compare cloud vendor prices.

Right now it is hard to get a straightforward price when engaging cloud vendors such as google compute and Amazon AWS. You have to engage each separate vendor, and prices seemingly change every week as well. What would help someone like me or other IT managers looking to move to the cloud, would be a centralized place where we would be able to plug in our resource requirements, and get an aggregate view of all cloud vendor prices. I have tried to search google for a solution like this, but seems there is no engine that currently aggregates all of this information. I tried search "Cloud cost comparison tool". This would normally bring up old information, and usually only Amazon AWS and MS Azure.

The only way to solve this problem now is manually searching on each cloud vendor's site for costs, and doing our own calculations.
