Startup Idea: Employee Tracking App for Work Sites

Startup idea to develop a highly organized app that effectively tracks hourly wage employees across multiple work sites. This innovative solution will track and log the clock-in time, location of the iPhone during work hours, and the clock-out time/location. The app will also generate alerts if an employee leaves the designated work area using GPS information.

I work in an industry which tracks hourly wage employees across multiple sites. At any one time we may be tracking employees for 6-8 different sites, as many as 30 people at each site. Each employee uses an iPhone for work, which the company provides. At this time there is no organized way to see the employee has clocked in and remained at the site until they clock out. An app which tracks the clock in time and location, location of the iPhone during work hours and the clock out time and location would be amazing because it would allow us to see where each employee was when they clocked in, if they remained at the site and when/where they clocked out. If the app also generated a report when the employee left the designated "work" area based on GPS, that would be extra amazing; I know the GPS area would be pretty big but we just want to know if people are going home while on the clock. Yes, I've tried. We use an app which tracks part of what we want but none of the apps we've tried track it all and keep it neat. We use T-Sheets at this time but the location function in it is very bad.
