Startup Idea: Automated Filmmaking Paperwork Application

Startup idea to automate and digitalise the paperwork process in filmmaking. The software would create an app that collects forms from various companies involved in a film project, identifies necessary fields, and auto-fills them using data collected from a Profile Page. This would simplify the collection of Start Work, Timecards, and daily reports.

I am a filmmaker, and we often run into an issues processing "Start work" and Timecards for new employees. Since we work in the field, it can be hard to find the time and/or the surface to prepare handwritten paperwork. On top of all this, we waste plenty of paper. We have or employees repeatedly enter their name and contact information onto forms for the mulitple different companies involved in the creation of a film. This could be streamlined by software by having an app that can collect forms and identify necessary fields, as well as automatically fill in those fields with information collected on a Profile Page of the application. This would make the collection of Start Work, Timecards, and even daily reports easier and digital.
