Startup Idea: Apartment Hunt Tracker Software

Startup idea to develop a software that assists frequent movers in tracking and evaluating different apartment choices. The software would receive a URL for an apartment listing and assess aspects like transit distance to varying locations, rent, utilities and cost of living, then produce a rating based on these factors to indicate the top places to live.

As someone who moves a lot, my life would be easier if I had some sort of software to help me track different apartments I have seen. I could enter the url of an apartment listing, and the software would: calculate my transit distance to different places (work, grocery store, etc.); estimate cost of living in a neighbourhood; estimate rent and utilities; etc.; and then provide a score to indicate the best place to live.
