Startup Idea: Insurance Validation via Real-time Geocached Photos App

Startup idea to develop an app targeted towards home and auto insurance customers. The app will allow users to submit accurate, real-time, geocached and timestamped photos of their vehicle and property for insurance evaluation and underwriting needs, simplifying the process for both insurance sales agents and clients.

I am a home and auto insurance sales person, and there is no way for customers to easily submit, valid information, that is accurate photos of their car, house, which are accurately time stamped and meet underwriting requirements. There should be an app where customers can easily take photos on their phone which confirms the condition of each room, area of their house. This way the customer can do all the leg work and the app would confirm that the pictures are taken in real time and geocashed to the correct location.
