I work in wedding planning business. I would find it helpful if there were a software of a way that I could create reminders of certain items that are outstanding either for me of my clients. In addition to sending them reminders. I would also find it helpful if I was able to create documents through this area and have the client sign and reference them if needed. I often get many calls asking about details that the client already has information of but forgot to go back an reference. I have tried google documents, but it is not helpful for reminders or for the client to sign.
