Startup Idea: Development of a Standalone Search Engine Clone

Startup idea to develop a standalone, customizable search engine clone similar to MSN or Yahoo. This includes embedded functionalities such as providing daily news feeds, articles, and mp3 search engine. The assumed goal is to enable embedding of personalized ads and banners, and to operate on an easy-to-use, browser-based platform.

I am working on my site with a search engine embedded on my site to provide users a search experience as well as providing daily news feeds and articles plus mp3 search engine embedded. I wanted to create a standalone search engine clone like msn or yahoo but searching the internet I couldn't find a decent html code, msn or yahoo script or one that was free to use.

And I didn't see any platform online that was free to use to create msn or yahoo search engine clone site where I can embed my own ads and banners or a browser base platform that is very easy to use. I have search on ebay.com for fully established or automated news portal or search engine clone sites for sale that provide daily content on autopilot.
