I am a manager at a very small restaurant. There is about 20-25 total employees most of which are extremely part time.

Due to the fact that most employees only work a few hours each week there is a lot of employee turnover. This means there is a lot of hiring paperwork and tax documents, new and old that need to be filed.

I have wished for a while that there was a way that we could have a company provide a website for employees to fill out these documents and save them for us so they don't have to be taking up so much space and time while I am supposed to be running the kitchen or overseeing service.

I have imagined it being a service that required a subscription fee from each business. No I have not really done any research about this outside of a very quick google search a year or so ago.
