Startup Idea: App for Identifying Road Hazards & Monitoring Animal Movements

Startup idea to develop a mobile app that allows users to report potential road hazards, including wildlife, and possibly include features to track the movements of animal herds and alert them to the presence of vehicles, with the aim of reducing harmful road collisions.

My name is Steve and I am a truck driver. I basically drive 18 wheeler trucks on the East Coast. Throughout my career, I have been plagued with deer and animal problems. I hit a lot of deer, and it causes damage to my truck. I also waste a lot of time cleaning up after the mess of road kill. All over the roads, you see so much dead animals that it is sad! All together, it is nasty and disgusting. I would like a solution to this problem!

I believe that an app should be put out where people can identify possible road hazards and report them to a database. Also maybe you guys can get a GPS and plant them on herds of animals to track where they are. Also, maybe an app with a radar or whistle alert to the animals would be great. Please develop an app, as road kill is costly in time and also lives of innocent animals.
