Startup Idea: Fleet Management Application

Startup idea to develop a software solution that assists in managing company vehicles. The proposed platform needs to register who is using each vehicle and at what time. It should store this data to help identify who is responsible in case of damages or late returns.

I work for a medium sized company with about 10-15 employees at any given time. I just work in the office and we have been having a problem with people taking out company trucks during the day and doing personal errands, going out for food/drinks with them and it is hard to keep track of who has what trucks. It would be helpful if there was a system where I could log who has what truck and when so that when the trucks get damaged, or if one comes back late, I'll be able to pinpoint who had it.
