Startup Idea: Landlord-Tenant Work Order Management App

Startup idea to create a mobile application to enhance communication between landlords and tenants regarding work orders. The app will enable tenants to submit and track the progress of their maintenance requests, send reminders, and include multimedia content if necessary.

I live in apartments a lot. Something that would really help would be an app from which I can manage work orders I submitted to the landlord. For example, I could submit a work request via the app, and then track the progress on the request from the app. You could chat with the landlord if they had any questions about the work order, or remind the landlord about the request if nothing has happened. You could also include picture or video of the issue, if needed.
