Startup Idea: Multi-Utility App for Data Migration and Wifi Mapping

Startup idea to develop an app that facilitates seamless transfer of text messages from iOS to Android and helps map wifi router locations based on signal strengths. Another feature includes tracking employee location using their smartphones which will be a cost-saving measure for companies.

An app to move your text messages from iOS to Android would be incredibly useful. I know several people who have switched from iOS to Android and really wish there was a simple solution to transfer their text messages. They got their photos, videos, ect moved, but were never able to move their text messages.

To be honest I haven't seen a lot of apps to help make the transition from iOS to Android easier. I have seem them between Android and Windows Phone, but not iOS and Android. An app where you can actually easily map wifi routers would be useful as well.

I have yet to find one. One where it will track your location and the strength of the wifi signals and after some moving around, estimate the location (on the map) of the wifi routers. I have needed that more than once for like a business and free hotspots.

I usually have to get a map and a signal strength meter and walk around doing the mapping by hand. A lot of the wifi analyzer apps tend to be a lot to be desired as a whole. One may already exist BUT an affordable and easy way for a company to track their employees based on their cell phones location and location history I image would be handy to a lot of companies.

More and more companies are moving their employees over to smart phones. While alot of companies have tracking in the vehicle, if they could just use the cell phone, I imagine it would save them money. (One geared toward companies, maybe even small companies, not one geared toward parents. Tons of those)
