Startup Idea: Package Tracking App for Lighting Office

Startup idea to develop a package tracking app specifically for a lighting office. The app should be capable of tracking orders from insert of tracking numbers until delivery, similar to Amazon's system. There should also be an alert feature that notifies the user around thirty minutes before package arrival or when the carrier is in the vicinity.

I am working in a lighting office and I need an app that tracks all orders and shipments once the tracking numbers are put in, similar to the way that amazon does it when you purchase an item. If i could get an alert thirty minutes before my package was to be delivered, or when the specific carrier was in the area, that would be very beneficial.
