Startup Idea: Automated Lead Management and Scheduling Tool

Startup idea to develop a software solution that eliminates the manual task of managing leads and scheduling appointments for consultants. This software should enable pop-up contact collecting, database storage, self-scheduling, and send confirmation emails automatically.

I am a consultant and own my own business. When I get leads on my website (from a button that says schedule a free call), I have to manually take their contact info and put it into a database, email them to set up the call and I don't have anything in place to confirm the call prior. Timetrade does some of that, but didn't put the info into a database, so that's still manual. Would love a solution where it was a combination pop-up contact collector form which info being put into a database and the ability for them to schedule the time themselves (and have confirmation email) like with Timetrade. I do it all manually. Very time consuming. cVita has a pop up but nothing with a database.
