Startup Idea: Software for Mapping and Queuing Computer Service Requests in an Office

Startup idea to create software that allows computer technicians in an office to easily map out all computers, identify their need for service, and queue up requests for assistance. The software should allow users to display their problems and location, facilitating faster and more efficient service.

I work as a computer technician, with about 30 others at the same building. I would like to recommend a program to you that I feel would definitely help our productivity. If there was some way we could 'map' out all of the computers in our building, and have a quick way to identify which needs service and which are 'OK' and do not require assistance, things would be a lot easier. You see, whenever someone has a problem in our building, they call down to us and tell us where they are located and what they think the problem is. The hardest part about doing it this way, is that we don't get around to all the computers right away because so many of them need to be worked on. If there was a program that was on every computer, that people could use to display their problem and their location, it would be so much easier to queue them in line for assistance when its available. I have tried finding a solution to this problem but I have had no luck... I tried googling things like office programs, office technician programs, office IT programs, but its such a specific problem that I couldn't find a solution.
