I workout once a week using high intensity strength training (HIT). There is one app I use that lacks several key things I need for my workouts.
Specifically, I need an app that tracks progress in several ways over time.
They are:
- Increases in time (rather than joules) per exercise
- Increases in weights
- the ability to download data.
The idea behind HIT strength training is you get stronger with a certain weight up until a plateau is reached. Then you are to move up.
This current app was created by a user and has very basic features. More focus on gaining strength and measuring those gains is needed to help those using this approach.
