Startup Idea: Feedback App for Walmart Employees

Startup idea to develop an app that enables Walmart employees to anonymously submit feedback about their managers. The app could include features like a rating system for all employees and could be accessed through either smartphones or computers.

I work at a Walmart. A huge problem is accountability of the managers. They are horrible at their jobs. They are mean, they yell, and they do not do a good job of responding to real problems on the job. Often their superiors are not around to keep them in check. No matter what we do, it's not good enough for them. There should be some kind of an app that allows us to submit feedback anonymously about the managers from our phones. The store manager should be able to read the feedback and all Walmart associates should be required to have the app on their phone or else use a computer to access it. There can even be a rating system for managers, or maybe all employees. It would be like that episode of Black Mirror.
