Startup Idea: Augmented Reality App for Job Starters

Startup idea to develop an augmented reality app that assists new employees in locating different departments and people within an organization. This app aims to speed up the onboarding process, easing navigation, and reducing dependency on existing employees.

When starting a job, I have trouble finding my way around. I would love to have an augmented reality app on my phone that helps me find my way around.

The software would have to show you where different departments are located. You should be able to look up employees and see what department they work in.

This would mean that existing employees would not have to take as long with new recruits. This would save an organization time and money. New employees will feel better about not having to ask questions all the time.
