Startup Idea: Automated Hits Acceptance and Timing Distribution Software for Mechanical Turk

Startup idea to develop a software which can automatically accept Mechanical Turk hits based on predefined criteria and evenly distribute the timing of hits for maximizing availability and chances of getting good surveys.

One issue I have is that all the good mechanical turk hits get accepted really fast. I would like software to automatically accept hits based on a predefined criteria. Also, it would work if turk automatically spread out the timing/availability of hits so that more people can get good surveys.
