Startup Idea: Employee Monitoring and Efficiency Management Software System

Startup idea to develop an efficient software system that assists in tracking and managing the time efficiency of employees in a property management setting. The software should include features such as footstep activity monitoring, location tracking, and more to ensure productivity.

I work as a property manager for several buildings in New York City. Basically, I have had an issue with management of the workers in the building. Specifically, the janitors, maintenance people, security guards, and etc. They make my job harder and make time less productive because they leave early sometimes and sleep on the job or work slow. I sometimes monitor the security cameras, but they have their ways around it, like hiding and messing with the cameras. Yes, I would pay for software to fix this problem because it will save me money in the long run. It would also be tax deductible. I would like a software system that will track employees and manage their time efficiency better. Like footstep action, location tracking, and etc.
