Startup idea to develop a software, which aids managers in the retail industry to track, sort and filter the inflow of job applications efficiently. The software will potentially streamline the selection process of choosing the best-suited candidate.

I work as a manager in retail. I have a really hard time sorting and filtering out potential employees as there are just too many applications. Because of the company's policies, we accept every application that comes in and it gets tiring trying to organize all of these potential employees. I would pay probably 40-100 dollars one time for this service. Software that can be used to easily track and sort potential candidates and help me choose the best one.
