I work in a resolutions team/operations industry. In particular, I help create systems that resolve consumer issues. As we continue to embrace the social media world, it would be great for a system that sourced complaints/concerns and pulled together all information for a quick response for our consumers.
Rather than receiving this information by the ones (each time someone writes on social media), if these could be curated that not only reflects the consumer information and concern but helps predict the trends of issues/concerns shared. That way, I could look at month over month trends and predict the next selling cycle issues to address them before they become consumer issues.
