Startup Idea: Automated Invoice Alert System for Recycling Industry

Startup idea to develop a software program that can automatically locate and alert customer service reps of open invoices within a specific time range in a recycling company. This would enable faster closures, timely payments to vendors and easier tracking of invoiced loads.

I work in accounting. Our company buys and sells scrapp paper for recyclig.

WE deal with alot of orders in our system and should be closed to invoive in a timely manner.

A program that could automatically locate and alert the CSR of open invoices in a certain time range would be very helful. Then they can be reminded that they have to go back to the load and get it closed. tehn we can pay our vendir ASAP and be able to see the invoiced load to apply checks when our customer pays us., Helping us to avoid having to search for the load when the check comes in.
