Startup Idea: Social Media Management App for Small Business

Startup idea to develop a mobile application that consolidates notifications from multiple social media profiles for small businesses. The app aims to alert business owners of urgent customer interactions on social media, helping them manage their online presence effectively.

I have an internet business where I sell phone cases. I sell through my own website and I do all the posting on social media.

As my business grows, it is becoming very difficult to monitor my social media. It is hard to track messages from customers and also to know when a customer has posted something on my social media that needs to be responded to immediately.

I need a software that will allow me to receive notifications from all urgent posts from all social media profiles.

The software would need to be in form of a mobile app since I always have my phone with me. This will allow me to immediately see the messages as they come in without having to switch between all the various social media profiles.
