Startup Idea: Soft Skills Training Software for Tech Professionals

Startup idea to develop a software that assists tech-minded individuals in improving their soft skills. The software should include prompts for different situations, acting as a training aid tool.

I'm a 39 year Tech support specialist with a large cable company.

Would be great if someone could write a software to aid tech minded people with their soft skills, as I find thats an area that alot of tech people fail at. Maybe something with prompts for various situations kinda as a training aid tool.
