Startup Idea: Cloud-Based Ticket Management System

Startup idea to develop a cloud-based ticket management system. The platform needs to be web-based for ease of access across different platforms or wifi. It should also include a secure login system for employees to manage and track past tickets easily.

I am a lab consultant from IT tech service from PSU. I deal with lots of people who need help on trouble shooting system. We approximately get 10 people every hour. Everytime they need help, we require them to submit a ticket using google form.

Due to the poor management, using a google form is painful to use when it comes to managing previous tickets. Some people need help again, and finding the past ticket to bring up the information can be very difficult to use.

The ideal soultion will be a cloud based ticket management that can help employees like us to manage the tickets. I believe this can be done with 2 developers with a knowledge of web developing or network developing.

I want this platform on a web so that it can be accessed through different platform or wifi. But requires a login system to have employee's own account. no.
