Startup Idea: Landscaping Management App for Freelancers

Startup idea to develop a mobile software application that aids landscaping freelancers in managing their common tasks, schedules, and potential client details. It should offer functionalities like task scheduling, client contact management distinct from personal contacts, and note-taking features.

I work in landscaping as a freelancer. I own my own company and I am the only person who works in it. One issue I have on occasion is keeping together a list of common tasks for different properties, along with a schedule of those tasks.

Another problem is keeping track of possible new clients, because often I can get names and numbers but then it's up to a different form of remembering those names and numbers such as business cards or inputting them into my phone which gets mixed with my normal contacts without extra notes (ex. Claire-Work vs Claire- friend).

I have tried other solutions to this and the best I have come up with a google doc I access on my phone.
