Startup idea to develop a mobile software that helps retail sales representatives quickly access the purchase history of return customers. This tool aims to facilitate personal interaction, providing a more tailored sales approach and fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.

I work in retail in computers sales. We have return customers all the time and it would be nice if I had software that enabled me to quickly see a customers sales history. I know we have the rewards card etc that tracks sales, but something more personal that immediately brought up their last purchases would be helpful and allow me to connect to the customer quickly. It would also allow me to let the customer know that I remembered them and that they were not just a sale. "Hey Bob! How's that printer working out?" Like that. It would need to be small and work on something I could carry with me and not have to go to a terminal to pull up the info. Getting personal with a customer creates a lot of sales and return business.
